This is a comprehensive, 360 degree view of your child in multiple settings looking for signs of attention deficit. You do not need to wait months for a consultation. Booking is within 30 days starting Jan 2024. Space is limited. You do not need to be a current patient.

If you want a more thorough evaluation, a more in depth conversation and more help with behavior and ADHD, this service is for you!

Initial consultation includes:

1) 45 min phone / in person visit without the child

2) 1 hour to attend an IEP meeting or reach out to teachers (optional)

3) 1 hour visit with the child including a history, physical, diagnosis and options for treatment including non medication based treatment and medication recommendations.

4) Consultation summary for you and your PCP.

Cost: $450

We do not bill insurance but can provide an HSA receipt for personal reimbursement

Recurring ADHD management

1) 1-2 times per month phone call for behavior follow up, medication adjustments, refills

2) In person follow up every 4 months for your child to check weight, blood pressure, and side effects.

Cost: $30/mo
